There is a nominal charge of as required by the Judicial Conference of the United States to use the system and obtain any information.

If you are interested in the PACER service, complete the information on the form provided and send it to the PACER registration center in San Antonio, Texas. The registration center will issue you a login account and appropriate modem phone numbers to access the system.
