The EDNY is looking for experienced mediators with concentration in the fields of Civil Rights, Contract disputes, Contract interpretation, Torts and General Practice.

A pre-requisite for certification to the mediation panel is the successful completion of at least two days of mediation training from a recognized ADR organization, university or court. The Eastern District does not currently provide such mediation training, but may do so at a later date.
