Representation of employees, employers, and labor organizations in Federal Court, State Court, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and New York State Division of Human Rights, from inception through trial, including jury trials and appeals. Has obtained successful jury verdicts for both employees and employers. Has obtained two reversals at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Has been retained as an expert witness in the field of Employment Law. Has participated in hundreds of mediations as an advocate or mediator.
