To whom it may concern,
 
US District Court in Brooklyn, NY intends to upgrade the existing sound reinforcement and video conferencing system in the conference room located at 225 Cadman Plaza E, Brooklyn NY 11201
 
The project consists of project stages including wiring, hardware installation, programming, and engineering services required to provide a fully functional conference room. 
 
The task request contains a pricing schedule and the technical specifications for the court. If you decide to submit a proposal for this task, you will need to develop and provide both a technical proposal and a price proposal.  Your technical proposal shall consist of all of the submittals required to be provided at the time proposals are due.  Your price proposal shall consist of the prices you are offering for each individual item of equipment, labor, maintenance, and travel and optional items subject to the availability of court funds if applicable.
  
Upon completion of the project, the court will receive all project submittals including, as build documents, equipment lists including serial numbers, as well as source code used for this project. 
 
Award of this task order will be made to the company whose technically-acceptable proposal offers the lowest price to the court.  The government reserves the right to make an award based on the initial proposals if no clarifications are requested, therefore, the contractor should submit their best pricing with their proposals. The completed project is to be delivered no later than Nov 30th 2018, with final code and project documentation to be submitted no later than January 4th 2019
 
ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING  DETAILS OF THIS PROJECT MUST BE SUBMITTED  BY 12pm EST on Friday, Sept 21st  2018
THE FINAL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5PM Eastern Time on Tuesday Sept 25th, 2018.  
Proposal received after this date and time will be considered late.  Please submit your proposal by email to michal@nyed.uscourts.gov  Any email attachment must be in the Adobe Acrobat (PDF) or Microsoft Excel format.
