Administrative Order 2020-12 is hereby amended to further suspend, in all cases filed on or after March 18, 2020 and in which, under ordinary circumstances, the Court would, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c), appoint the United States Marshal or a deputy marshal to make service, any requirement that the Marshal accomplish service nunc pro tunc from June 15, 2020 until further order of this Court; and the time from April 27, 2020 until further order of this Court stating otherwise is excluded from the 90-day period to accomplish service, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m), nunc pro tunc from June 15, 2020. Please see Administrative Order 2020-19-1 for details.
