Professional Experience
Admitted to practice in New York and the federal courts, Southern and Eastern District, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, since 1977, he has been representing and assisting people and businesses in all matters, including public and private corporations, and his services have included public offerings, proxy fights, securities regulation, all phases of civil litigation, contract law, business law, family and matrimonial law, copyright infringement, estate law, guardianship, employment law, real estate and the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of agreements and transactions, in addition to general advice with regard to the customs and practices within various industries. A qualified Part 36 Guardian, Attorney, etc. in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, he is also a registered attorney with the New York State Department of Labor for Unemployment Insurance claims and an accredited attorney for claims for veterans' benefits before the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, committee Member, Lawyers Assistance Program. Currently, he is President of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce. His pro bono work includes being a Volunteer Lawyer for Nassau County Bar Association, Mortgage Foreclosure and Superstorm Sandy Clinics; Landlord and Tenant and Matrimonial, Nassau Suffolk Law Services; Matrimonial, The Safe Center; Hofstra Law School Veterans Legal Assistance Project; Nassau County Bar Association Student Mentor Program and a Mock Trial Judge, Nassau County Bar Association.
