AAA-certified arbitrator and mediator, Member of the Panel of Neutrals of the International Trademark Association. On the panel of mediators for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and has mediated 15-20 cases. Mediations have involved issues as diverse as intellectual property (copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets), employment termination and discrimination, and general commercial.
