Richard P. Byrne

ADR Training
Mr. Byrne received his initial ADR training upon the founding of the Eastern District ADR Panel in 1992. Since that time, he has mediated thousands of cases in a wide array of settings and involving numerous areas of the law.

Professional Training
Mr. Byrne received his Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School in 1982 where he was a Member and Editor of the Law Review. He graduated from St. Peter's College Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in History in 1979 where he was recognized in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities and was named to the Dean's List from 1976-1979.

Professional Experience
Mr. Byrne has been affiliated with L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P. for over 35 years and presently serves as Senior Counsel to the firm. He has been awarded an A-V rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has also been recognized on numerous occasions as a New York Metro Super Lawyer.
