B.A. Syracuse University, Magna cum laude, honors in political science-1970; J.D. Syracuse University College of Law-1973
Although I have worked for large firms, I have been a sole practitioner since 1978. I practice primarily in the area of civil and commercial litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant and family law.
I have been an arbitrator in night small claims court since 1985, where I arbitrate on a monthly basis. I have also served as president of the Night Small Claims Court Association and train new arbitrators. I also have the benefit of regularly appearing in court for forty years, from which I have derived much useful experience in the litigation, negotiation, trial/arbitration and conferencing/settlement of a wide spectrum of legal issues.
Admitted to practice in New York & Florida, 1975, as well as federal courts. Attorneys for litigants should forward pleadings upon choosing an arbitrator.
