Appointed to the Banking, Accounting and Financial Services, Cross-border Disputes, Franchise, and New York City Panels of Distinguished Neutrals of the International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). Actively serves as an arbitrator for FINRA, and as a mediator for the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the NYS Supreme Court, Commercial Division, New York County. Also serves as an arbitrator and mediator of attorney-client fee disputes under the NYS Unified Court System Part 137 Program.
