50 years as a litigator of which 47 were litigating patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright issues. The patent cases involved a wide variety of technologies. Headed the intellectual property practice department of the New York City office of Jones Day from 1991 to 2004. Prior to heading up the IP litigation department of Jones Day's New York office, I was a partner doing litigation at Watson Leavenworth Kelton & Taggart from 1968-1981 and head of the IP department at Dewey Ballantine from 1981 until 1990.
