The Eastern District Pro Bono Program

Dedicated attorneys participating in the Pro Bono program enable the Court to administer justice fairly and efficiently. In addition, taking a case in the EDNY is an opportunity for attorneys to expand their legal experience and improve their skill set.  If you are interested in serving as pro bono counsel for a party in a civil action, please complete the form, listed below.  Once you have completed the form, you will be added to the Court’s pro bono listserv and begin to get monthly listings of pending actions. You can review available cases and decide if you would like to volunteer.
