Revision of the EDNY CJA Plan
The Eastern District of New York has adopted a new revised CJA Plan as approved by the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit. There have been some significant changes in the EDNY Plan and there are differences between the EDNY and SDNY Plans. Every Panel member is expected to review the Plan and be familiar with the rules that apply in the EDNY.
