Local Rule 83.8 governing the Mediation Program has been amended. Please consult the amended rule and Procedures. New compensation rate for mediations scheduled after 1/2/2026: $900 for the initial session (up to four hours) and $350 for each additional hour.
ADR Internship Program. The ADR Department is accepting applications for student interns for the summer.
