eVoucher Info
CJA eVoucher is the Court’s electronic CJA voucher system. It provides for the creation, submission and tracking of all CJA related vouchers submitted to the court.

The Administrative Office of the US Courts has announced that Vendor Management System (VMS) which will permit CJA payments by electronic fund transfer (EFT) will be installed in eVoucher on March 15, 2025. This means that you must set up your account in VMS, for any voucher submissions as of March 15, 2025. VMS requires use of a login.gov account.

Stolen & Missing Checks
A special unit has been created to assist with the process to report stolen and missing payments. Please use the CJA Attorney Claim of Missing or Stolen Check to report all missing payments. Please submit completed forms to missing_cja_checks@nyed.uscourts.gov. A staff member will submit the service ticket to the AO and contact you for any necessary follow-up.
Please report stolen checks (cashed by someone other than the payee) immediately.
Do not report missing checks until after thirty (30) days after the date of issuance.
