Reduced Clerk's Office Hours: 
Due to the government shutdown, the public service hours of the Clerk's Office are reduced as follows: Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

CMECF Status

CM/ECF will be unavailable on Thursday, December 18th from 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM

On Dec. 11, 2025 at 1:45 PM, the National Service Desk reported that user access to CM/ECF and PACER has returned to normal.

The National Service Desk has reported a service disruption that is impacting CM/ECF and PACER. External users may be unable to log into CM/ECF or PACER. Dec. 11, 2025, 1:00 PM.

CMECF SERVICE IMPACTED
Users reported a service disruption that is impacting District Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF). The Program Office is validating this service disruption and taking steps to resolve it.
IMPACT
District CM/ECF users may receive a 404 error when accessing their outside application.
