Over 15 years of legal and ADR experience in the US and Europe. Significant experience in practice in the areas of insurance law, corporate and commercial transactions and litigation.

ADR Experience
Have mediated and co-mediated over three hundred disputes over the last decade. I have worked as neutral mediator on cases ranging from small business disputes to high-stake, multi-party commercial litigation matters, domestically and internationally. I have worked on dozens of mediations of large, complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract interpretation disputes, securities class actions, antitrust lawsuits, intellectual property enforcement actions, insurance coverage disputes, ERISA actions, mass torts (product liability), wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination and harassment claims, constructions disputes, professional liability (lawyers, agents/brokers, architects & engineers), personal injury and wrongful death matters.
