Professional Experience
Over forty (40) years experience in all aspects of labor and employment disputes, thirty-two (32) of which were spent as an attorney in the firm of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., where I became the Co-Chair of the Labor Department. During that time I counseled clients in the enforcement of federal and state employment laws, compliance issues, personnel matters, wage and hour issues, employee misclassification, independent contractor issues and enforcement of non-compete agreements.

ADR Experience
ADR experience includes over 35 years as an attorney specializing in labor and employment law. This includes participation as an advocate in mediation proceedings in a wide variety of industries, including, healthcare, education, corrections and civil servants. Chosen to mediate matters pending in federal and state court involving misclassification, independent contractor issues, employment discrimination and wage and hour issues.
