ADR Experience
As a member since 2015 of the SDNY Mediation Panel, in addition to many practice group discussions and extensive observation and mentoring opportunities, I have mediated numerous cases, including those involving civil rights (sec. 1983), FLSA, employment, discrimination, ADA and products liability. As a member of the NYCLA Panel I have mediated several additional attorney-fee dispute cases, involving underlying labor, tort and matrimonial actions; also a private mediation in NYS Human Rights case involving employment-related sexual harassment claims. As a recently appointed Special Master I have begun to mediate a variety of cases on appeal in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments.
