The current term of United States Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak is due to expire on

October 31, 2019. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, as

required by law, has established a Merit Selection Panel composed of attorneys and residents of

this district to consider the reappointment Magistrate Judge Pollak to a new eight (8)-year term.
