New Transcript Category and Descriptions

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1914(b), the Judicial Conference of the United States has approved a $50 general administrative fee for filing a civil action, suit, or proceeding in a district court. The administrative fee goes into effect on May 1, 2013, and will be applied to all civil cases except where a person had been granted in forma pauperis status under 28 U.S.C. §1915.
